The fundraise included 8,227,931 USDC raised from a private crowd sale and 11,221,801 USDC raised during a public Dutch auction.<\/p>\n<p class=\"lead\">Read on for a summary of how the IDO went.<\/p>\n<h2>Private crowd sale<\/h2>\n<p>The private crowd sale was limited to the first 15,000 whitelisted<a href=\"https:\/\/xdefi.io\/\"> XDEFI Wallet<\/a> users, eligible THORChad supporters and ETH addresses with a Degen Score over 250.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Duration: Nov 15 at 14:00 UTC to Nov 16 at 14:00 UTC.<\/li>\n<li>Price: US$0.65<\/li>\n<li>Participants: 10,309 whitelisted addresses<\/li>\n<li>Tokens: 12,658,355 $XDEFI (rounded to the nearest token)<\/li>\n<li>Raise: 8,227,931 USDC<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Public Dutch auction<\/h2>\n<p>The remaining 8,880,101 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coinbase.com\/fr\/price\/xdefi-wallet\">$XDEFI<\/a> tokens were offered at a public Dutch auction on MISO.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Platform: MISO, Sushi\u2019s launchpad<\/li>\n<li>Duration: Nov 17 at 14:00 UTC to Nov 18 at 10:00 UTC.<\/li>\n<li>Clearing price: US$1.263702<\/li>\n<li>Participants: 427<\/li>\n<li>Tokens: 8,880,101 $XDEFI (rounded to the nearest token)<\/li>\n<li>Raise: 11,221,801 USDC<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Listings and liquidity<\/h2>\n<p>$XDEFI is now listed on <a href=\"https:\/\/coingecko.com\/en\/coins\/xdefi\">CoinGecko<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/coinmarketcap.com\/currencies\/xdefi-wallet\/\">CoinMarketCap<\/a> and can be traded on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gate.io\/trade\/XDEFI_USDT\/\">Gate.io<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/app.sushi.com\/swap\">Sushi<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>As of the time of publication, the <a href=\"https:\/\/app.sushi.com\/farm?filter=2x\">$XDEFI\/$WETH Sushi pool<\/a> has over US$5.9M TVL (total value locked) and its liquidity is incentivised by Sushi\u2019s Onsen program.<\/p>\n<p>Follow us on <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/xdefi_wallet\">Twitter<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/discord.gg\/xdefi\">Discord<\/a> to keep up to date on our listing news.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-837\" src=\"https:\/\/www.xdefi.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/screenshot-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"700\" height=\"437\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Token economics<\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-838\" src=\"https:\/\/www.xdefi.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/Token-economics-.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"700\" height=\"321\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The ERC-20 $XDEFI token was designed by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.delphidigital.io\/\">Delphi Digital<\/a> ($AXS, $YGG, $PERP) and powers the broader XDEFI Wallet ecosystem. Token holders will be able to stake their tokens, receive swap fee rebates, claim staking rewards and participate in governance systems.<\/p>\n<p>$XDEFI will also be leveraged in the Play to (L)earn initiative scheduled to start in Q1 2022, which will incentivise users to learn how to safely use non-custodial wallets and discover new DeFi products.<\/p>\n<p>To learn more, check out our <a href=\"https:\/\/xdefi-io.medium.com\/xdefi-wallet-token-economics-3378187df2b4\">Token Economics<\/a> blog post.<\/p>\n<h2>Use of funds<\/h2>\n<p>We will use the IDO proceeds to continue to invest in the XDEFI Wallet experience. Our short term product priorities include plans to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Deepen our existing integrations with RUNE and our 7 other supported chains<\/li>\n<li>Integrate SOL, AVAX and FTM<\/li>\n<li>Launch the XDEFI Wallet mobile app, web app and cross-chain API<\/li>\n<li>Launch a multichain DEX aggregator within the wallet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To achieve these results, we intend to continue to grow the XDEFI Wallet team by recruiting top talent from across the industry.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, US$1M from the IDO will be used as a grant to contribute to the xchain.js development.
